I see. Dan kept them off YouTube because of how strict they are getting lately. If anyone flags it they will take it down or block it. Can you remove those? I'm pretty sure he doesn't want them there. He can speak for himself when he sees this but I'm 99% sure I'm right. He wants them on his site only.
We're talking about the EK videos right? Chapters 1-4? Those don't need to be uploaded anywhere.

Once this final version was in development (as of 2 years ago), all the previous material was removed from the YouTube channel. This, for a number of reasons, though primarily because they were no longer relevant, but also for what Tweek pointed out. The reason the current videos were briefly hosted via YouTube was for efficiency in streaming, but it was always preferred they be hosted on our own site directly. The videos are meant to be viewed on the site only, not for sharing or embedding across the net. This entire project is experimental and intentionally maintains a smaller, more targeted audience for Blair fans only. I have since moved the hosting back to our own website. Long-term hosting on YouTube would be unacceptable. As mentioned by Tweek, all of the chapters have a "Viewer Discretion Advised" disclaimer before they begin, but that will not keep them immune to YouTube Terms of Service. Much of The Trial of Elly Kedward is too graphic to host in a public venue and would risk violation of their TOS. In previous chapters, there has been brief nudity and graphic violence, and fortunately none of the videos were flagged or reported (because you know someone would eventually). As we get deeper into her story it only becomes more pronounced. In example, Chapter Five not only requires viewer discretion, it's NSFW. |

There has been a technical error on the website. We announced on the Facebook page (should have on the site as well). We're currently working on it and will now also post updates here. Thanks for the heads up Frances.

Season One is 32 minutes long. Season Two will probably end up being about 40 minutes. I never measured the total time.And there's a Season Three coming as well, but I have a feeling it will be the final season. Am I warm? Yes, there will be a third season. That is, if there's a desire by the audience. I've not really had any feedback, positive or negative, so I'm shooting in the dark on this one. Her story is being told thus far because... I can. And it's there. Or rather... it's here. It's whether there is an interest for it to be "there" that will determine to go forward. . . . . Oh.. and you changed Elly's first names from "Elisabeth Abigail" to "Eilis Abaigeal." You thought I wouldn't notice, but I did. It's not that I was hiding it, nor had I changed it. It is simply that Eilís is her proper Gaelic name. Eilís Abaigeal Kedward. . . . . Now let's talk Season Two: Chapter Five.. Personally I could have gone without the schlong, but that's just me. Probably because I couldn't stop staring at it. It was just so .. prominent. Elly certainly has an imagination when she dreams! Though to be serious, I have thought of amending that cut to avoid the schlong. It's not meant to be "pornographic" as much as "honest."But it's a damn sweet little Chapter nonetheless. For me, it truly captures Elly's frame of mind and more-so the damage to her heart, and at that young age is just so heartbreaking.Keep it up. I'm with you till the end. Thank you. You just gave Elly another breath of life. And she's been gasping far too long. |

The Trial Chapters seem to have come to a halt. Not at all, quite the opposite. There are many, many more to come. Two more in Season 2 still. These take a lot of work, a lot of time, and quite a bit of expense. 'Not gonna bang 'em out like fast food GP! Chapter 6 will be available soon, followed by Chapter 7 "sooner after." |
