Yes your order is correct.
The mill is IMMEDIATELY before the bridge.
I have BW Extended but haven't gotten to watch it yet. I will do that now.
Sorry last night I was doing like 3 things at the same time as posting here. I'll make sure you have accurate directions but you are correct above

yeah 35 miles sounds about right from Burkittsville to Coffin Rock, driving between the distances from all the points I hit should take no more than an hour total or so

Outside of Germantown. And not far, a mile or so. If you're coming off of Darnestown Rd you will cross the bridge first and immediately to your right is the pull off and Fisherman Rock. Go down the road another 1/4 - 1/2 mile and there is the pull off from the film and you can see Coffin Rock from the road and the shack is just past that.

Shlome, Here is a map to help you orient yourself. The marking of the parking spot & shack on the map are opposite. The parking spot is forward of the shack. If you park your car facing the same direction as the Dodge in the film you will walk back to the shack and forward to everything else. You have to cross the stream to Coffin Rock. Where the fishermen were there is another parking spot right before the road curves left to cross the bridge. If you cross the bridge, immediately to your left is a small trail that you can follow to Coffin Rock. Its back down a ways but visible.

yeah you can see May...barely
I didn't walk inside the shack, maybe in Oct when i go back.
That big pile of dirt is the root of a very large tree that recently fell during a storm, sucks.
Its actually being reopened as a Knights Inn I don't know the room but i'm going to ask Mike W. when i talk with him next. I think the room would be to my right (your left) looking at the photo

So last week I ventured out to all the locations and here are the pictures. Being at each one of these was surreal to start and just being there was a dream come true. [/URL] Where Heather stood to film her intro Anna May marker

Hit up all the locations I wanted to yesterday. I couldn't find the location of the Parr house, considering it was torn down 10 plus years ago, plus in July all the foliage and undergrowth hinders it. I took 200 photos yesterday. I'll get them edited and i'll start a new thread and post them there. Hope you guys enjoy them.

wait, what version do you have. There's the workprint and the theatrical VHS/DVD release, is the only difference you have the aspect ratio?

Well it was 9 months after the film was released so a lot of people must have found out quickly where it was as the extra graffiti on the wall showed. But i think someone within Haxan had a hand in the stairs etc being taken down because it seemed like a safety thing to cover themselves in case someone like me got hurt and decided to sue. Either way I walked away w/ some goodies.
