I never had any interest in TVD ..
Always looked kinda silly to me.

Watched the pilot and episode 1 ..
Didn't like it.

It's a spin-off of TVD so the writing is similar. I enjoy the supernatural elements but admit that I sometimes get bored by the Twilight-esqe love triange bits. There's enough interest for me to keep watching. But it won't appeal to everyone. Obviously.
