okay, so an all-new Blair film will never happen. fine. cool. whatever. . . but why not allow the other 17 hours of original and never-seen footage to be edited down to 90 minutes for a new film? I'm sure there were other things that happened to the film students while they were lost. they could do something like this for marketing: "do you think you've experienced the mystery? do you think you've experienced the fear? do you think you've experienced the LEGEND? WELL ... THINK AGAIN." ... then the title could maybe be: "BLAIR WITCH: THE EXTENDED PROJECT" or something .. I think people would be open to it because it's been 14 years since they've visited anything Blair related on the big screen.

and since that won't happen either, then allow the best unseen material to be available on DVD or Blu.

They'd see it as just the same movie all over again I guess.
Only without the "OMG was that real!?" factor, so no cigar.
But still, the best of the un-seen material really should be sold on DVD~Blu.
