How much do you want to know about a movie before you pay to see it? Do you Google it and read every review and spoiler you can find? Or do you prefer to be surprised (for better or worse)?
Sometimes knowing too much of the plot (or even the ending) can ruin it for me. Then again, it has saved me from wasting money on some real stinkers.

Spoilers are hard to resist.

Agreed spoilers are so very tempting. Have to admit though I much prefer to be surprised, I don't know it just seems better not knowing what's coming up =]

I don't spend money to watch movies anymore.
Unless it's a biggie like all the huge flicks coming this year, and even then only the cheapest matinee possible.

Sadly the matinee isn't cheap anymore. A dollar less. That's it.

I haven't been to a theater since 2011 and I thought it was expensive then. I know with the tickets, popcorn, candy and drinks, it was around $45. Now I wait for the dvd. I love movies. But I don't want to break the bank trying to watch one.

$6 at a theater here. Just don't buy anything else, because any food and drink will bring it to $20.
And just a drink will bring it to $12.

I wait for the dvd unless it's something special. I see maybe 1 or 2 movies a year at the theater. That's it.
