Ed - Can you tell us about any accidental camera shots during the filming of BWP? I could swear that I see some dark figures moving around between the trees when Heather is confessing that she's lost the map. I thought I noticed it when I was trying to see the little logo on her hat, the naughty dog, and I could have sworn that I could spot two or more people dressed in black moving about what seems like a house or something far away in the background. In another shot I could swear I see a person who I thought could be Josh sort of step away from view into darkness when Heather and Mike are shouting for him in the middle of the night. It's when Mike is yelling. Josh!! Tell me where you are! and you see him step back and Heather says oh my god. That was to me the scariest part in the movie, when she thinks she sees something right in front of her but she's too weak and frightened to fight it.

The guys making the film had to watch what was going on, because of the way the film was being presented. They also had to make sure that the three actors went to the right places that were specified by the crew to go to. So, if you did see people in the background, that's why. As for seeing Josh quickly step out of frame, I don't think it was Josh. As said on the commentary on the DVD, Josh was up on a hill a few yards away yelling at Mike and Heather, so I don't think it was him who stepped out of frame. It might have been Heather.

I can't see anything that looks like someone stepping away from the camera into darkness at that moment. Which exact moment is it, and where exactly on the screen? After Mike shouts "tell me where you are" the light goes away and the camera only picks up black for a bit, then where it comes back it's very blurry when Heather says "oh my god", I've just watched that bit over and over and can't see anything that looks like someone in shot. When it goes to dark you can kind of still make out a couple of tree branches and the movement over that could maybe look a bit like this? The only strange thing I noticed here is that when Mike shouts "tell" in "tell me where you are", there is a frame where you see a tiny red light. Now what is that? Wasn't there supposed to be a tiny red light for a frame smewhere when they're in the house at the end? I remember someone on the old BW fan club saying about it, that when they're downstairs you can see ouside a window this little red light shining in. Is that something that was used in some way while filming was taking place? A little laser light maybe?
And could you give the exact moment when you think you see people moving around in the distance on Heather's scene? I can't see anything myself but I don't know where or exactly when it's supposed to be.
