Hey guys, been away on summer vacation! (Witches detest the summer heat) Anyway, I wanted to see who all here owns a copy of 'WoodWitch' or more basically, the BlairWitch comic? I own an old special edition with the glowing hand prints on the cover which I covet as my own manuscript and 'truth' to the Witch and understanding her. I have alot of raw material that I worked on for a site dedicated to 'WoodWitch' but have, to my disappointment, just never got around to realizing it. I look forward to bringing out some of this stuff which includes some interviews with the author about her ideas and inspirations for the book. I was also in the process of unearthing some long lost pages that never made it to the final copy..could be interesting.

Nope Tweek, not at all. It has a different artwork and design, but the comic storys and informations are the same. It shows up on ebay sometimes, if you are interested.

No, I never did. I correspond with Jen at ONI every now and then and still have all the other material I wanted to use for the site but have been worthless about putting it all together. I still want to though.

What material do you have? Anything connected to Wood Witch Said is so interesting. I haven't read in it a while, maybe I'll have another look for Halloween. I've got a book called Beyond Blair Witch, it has stories from years ago that were not written down before, just passed on through the years, and there's a really good one called The Doll House. It would have made a really interesting BW story if there were any more comics. I wish the Dark Testaments had continued. It would have been perfect.

I have two copies one is the Oni Press Comic and the other is the one that was available in the UK under the title An illustrated History, I enjoy the illustrated history one more because they have little passages from the Blair Witch Cult book between the stories.

As of today I have them both: An Illustrated History Wood Witch Said and the one-shot comic by the same name as the film. It came with a certificate being 1 of 8,000 ever printed and has the glow-in-the dark stick figure on the cover (instead of the other copy that has the hand prints only) Both are in mint condition.

So I will only touch them wearing latex gloves while in a sterile, clean room enviornment.
