Hands down, my favorite made-for-tv movie of all time is The Poseidon Adventure. I really love that movie and I've seen it more than 20 times and I could never get bored of it! I can't believe I missed this before, but THE POSEIDON ADVENTURE,remake or original, was not a TV MOVIE. It's been shown on TV alot, but not a TV movie.

I borrowed this movie from my mom a couple of weeks ago and watched it in two days. It seems to get better each decade... Gone With the WIND.... ...AFTER ALL, TOMORROW VISITS EVERY DAY!

Honestly can't choose just one film, so many genres, so many masterpieces, so many cult classics. Lord Of The Rings, The Godfather, Gladiator, 300, T2, Kill Bill, Donnie Darko, Halloween to name a few of mine.
My absolute favourite horror of all time though is definitely The Blair Witch Project =]

I'm only gonna stick with horror this time but there are other genres i like too I seem to lean more towards 70's and probely early 80s horror. Here a list. "Jaws" (Best film of all time PERIOD! [The "Moby Dick" of our generation]) (Minus the sequels though 2 & 3 are fun) "The Omen" ([1976] Best decap scene in horror movie history, the 2006 remake was ok but a little more unbelieveable, what are the odds of that hammer falling just right to hit that peg out of that hook holding that iron fixture, that flatbed truck with the glass was a bit more realistic) "Halloween" (Both versions of the first and the original 2nd, haven't seen the 2nd remake yet) "The Shining" (1980 Kubrick Version) "Wolfen" (alot of people mistake this as a "werewolf" movie, it's not, its about invisable ghost wolves protecting thier "hunting ground" from us...the savages. A movie that dares to ask the question "who are the real monsters, the wolves...or us?" ) Just want to leave you with my 3 fav horror death scenes.
I don't know if i should put the 3rd one, since it is TBWP ending, like yall havent seen it, duh. Of course you probely seen the other 2 also, but since this is a Blair Witch forum, wouldn't wanna bore you.

Like most of you, I have a fairly long list of 'favourite' movies.. However, THIS wins hands down for me... Possibly one of the scariest movies made (taking into account when it was shot)... I give you: www.imdb.co.uk/title/tt0037635/Anyone else seen this??

I'm a massive fan of the documentary 'American Movie'. Easily one of the funniest and most heart warming films I've ever seen. It's on Netflix at the moment, so check it out if you can. You wont regret it!
Here's a trailer - (excuse the bad quality, but it's the only one up at the moment)

It's a great film and anyone who is interested in horror should see it... The 1940s black & white 'Britishness' of it adds to the suspense... Amazon have it for a few quid.. I would recommend it to you all....
