Next up... Thanksgiving. The annual turkey-and-carbohydrate binge. The feasting shall be magnificent this year as we give honor and worship to Adephagia, the Greek goddess of gluttony. Roasted birds shall be picked clean, spuds shall be mashed, pumpkins shall be sacrificed and sent to the ovens for pies, and all shall stagger away full and contented, to watch football on tv and sleep off the tryptophan...

It's almost here. DEVILED EGG TIME. The only time of year I get those. My Mom makes them. I'm pretty much the only one that eats them so I like to think they are made just for me. I'll wipe out half a tray by myself. The resulting egg farts are the stuff of legend... but SO worth it. The trick is to time things so that the chemical weapons release happens after I'm back at home from the Thanksgiving family gathering. No friendly fire incidents that way 
There are no pets or real plants in my house so no innocent bystanders. And if uninvited guests happen by before the air has cleared... well, they get what they get.
