It's just like in the movie! I actually didn't need to know the street ... all I had to do was search "Whistle Stop Cafe Juliette Georgia" I just got lazy about it. Here's the real cafe in Alabama that the book was based on. It's also next to train tracks.

I've never seen a pic of the cafe the book was based on that's interesting to see. I went to the cafe in Juliette twice this year, the park across the street was quiet and wonderful, the dam they walk along in the movie is across the street too, and the old mill is behind the person taking the picture of the cafe. The shops along the street, not more then six all together I think, are quaint and nice to visit and two of them have the movie playing all day long. I was there in summer and also late fall and both seasons are very pleasant. But holy smokes was summer ever hot! When I watch that movie I remember how sweaty I was and am reminded of how much care the actors must have had to make them not look so hagard from the heat.
