The BD and DC links in the first post explain it pretty well.

This is something we all put together a few years ago when we gave up on Lions Gate showing any interest. So, like the original, we made it ourselves (unlike BW2 which was studio made by another production company), this time we went back to the classic organic approach as originally intended.
Bear in mind, creating a sequel for what occurred in Blair 1 is damn difficult. Nearly impossible. How do you follow up on a film where everyone dies? The only film that did that successfully was OPEN WATER. Their concept to a sequel was nothing short brilliant. Though even there, an entirely new script of characters had to be invented in an entirely new plot. The only real connection to the original was the the title and concept (and writers, studio and director). It's brilliant, but not "really" a sequel.
I can't tell you how many times a more "proper" sequel has been written for Blair 1, and each and every one very difficult to digest in the long run, and each and every one short of living up to the classic, which at the end of the day - was an unexpected hit and result of circumstance and timing. A perfect storm if you will. It's almost impossible to recreate a perfect storm. Intentionally that is. Storms have their own agenda, they have their own schedule to hit.
Enter Mike Williams. CORNERS is the brainchild of his own invention that he brought to the table. Mike came up with an idea for another Blair film, using the same characters, same locale, same concept (right down to wardrobe, he even wears the same shirt he saved from the original. The jeans though didn't survive the original) and came up with something that could take the audience once again unexpected, and with a unique twist.

The episodes are coming pretty fast. 3 and 4 snuck up on me.
I've noticed so far that nobody has used the words Blair Witch in this thing yet. Just calling it BW3. Is that for legal reasons?

This is brilliant! We finally have something new from the Blair Witch universe! It's great to see Mike and Josh getting involved, but it's a little strange that Heather didn't want to join in on the fun ... But anyways, this should be fun to follow.
Who knew that Tom Cruise was part of BW3? Wow.
Episode 5 has just been uploaded to the Youtube Channel.

So Four Corners refers to what? The basement? Wouldn't that be One Corner?

So Four Corners refers to what? The basement? Wouldn't that be One Corner? I'm guessing that's part of the mystery! But wouldn't the basement be Four Corners as it technically, well, does have Four Corners? Only one is being used mind.

Technically, yes. Only one corner was seen in the film. So this would be the other three corners of the basement? The whole story? All FOUR CORNERS?

HOAXAN Films? "The second movie was not really a corner. It was more like a closet sort of in the same room but not directly related to the Blair mythology" - Ed
