Clancy Brown is in the pilot episode. Too bad he dies. I think of Highlander every time I see him on tv. I wish they could work in the line "there can be only one!" in that episode. That would be EPIC  |

Well, the first episode was... something. This show had it all. Time travel, witches, the Four Horsemen ala Revelations, headless Rambo (that's right - the headless horseman uses a shotgun with explosive shells and an assault rifle in addition to his wound-cauterizing broadaxe!), George Washington, the Revolutionary War, the Kurrgan (Clancy Brown loses his head early on though), demons coming out of mirrors. Not sure if the writers can keep all this going, but it's impressive so far. Not historically accurate in the least. But a fun ride. I like a show with multiple decapitations in the pilot. Always a good sign! |

Not sure if I still like this. I liked the episodes with Ol' Headless. The rest... not so much.

I was underwhelmed. Another demon in Sleepy Hollow? YAWN. Another bad witch in town? YAWN. Seen it already. Last season in fact.

the movie was totally cool. when i rented it i smoked some weed and had a super amazing time, i had a cup of noodles half way through for a snack. the movie was so tripy!!!

Sleepy Hollow (1999)I could have sworn I found this movie incredibly boring. But perhaps I'm getting it mixed up with From Hell? I'm not sure anymore. Maybe it's just my overall dislike for anything Depp. But I do remember I hated From Hell so I'm not so sure about Sleepy Hollow anymore. But I'm also not really wanting to watch it again to find out. The IMDb voters seem to like it.

I finished Sleepy Hollow. I liked it up until the end. How did Ichabod know to go to the millhouse?
Even the kid that was helping him got there first and he was on foot. Ichabod was driving a carriage. I feel like there's a missing scene there. Where did Ichabod go for that amount of time? And also, how did they know the girl had been taken to the millhouse to begin with?
I also don't like the idea of the Headless Horseman being controlled by someone. I don't think the original story was like that?
Never been a fan of Tim Burton movies either.

I've seen that movie so many times I can tell you anything about it. The reason he got to the mill super fast was because he took a short cut. He knew how to go to the mill because he followed his gut. Also the headless horseman being controlled by someone DID make it kinda like " ohh..... Someone's a bad person out to get some money from a inheritance again.... wow" and I think Tim Burton hasn't made a movie in. Along time. He was good with Seattle juice and sleepy hollow and planner o the apes, but lots of hismsovies since then I haven't botherd to watch them. So I agree his flciks aren't great.but hoky smokes has Jonny Depp not been great to watch since like the first pirate movie!!! He's on this path of movies on a totally different channel that I don't wanna watch.its weird!

You didn't explain anything. My question wasn't about how he got to the mill quickly, it was about how did they know that the evil woman had brought the girl to the mill in the first place.
And like I said, Ichabod was driving a horse and carriage but the boy arrived at the mill first even though he was on foot.
