Searching for a missing student, two private investigators break into his house and find collection of VHS tapes. Viewing the horrific contents of each cassette, they realize there may be dark motives behind the student's disappearance.
Early reviews are slating this as one of the best 'horror sequels ever', and that it's 'much better than the original!'.
Oh, and did I mention that one of the segments has been directed by the one and only Eduardo Sanchez?
I personally can't wait to see this. Hopefully it wont be too long until it hits the cinema!
Anyone else looking forward to it?

Don't care. But is it like paranormal inactivity where they shoot it with a modern HD camera and say it was found VHS footage from the 1980's or whatever?

Pretty much, but I'm finding V/H/S to be A LOT better than any of the past 3 Paranormal Activity's. Not the first mind, that was fantastic. Up there as one of the best found footage flicks ever in my opinion.  I'm pretty that they'll release a longer trailer soon, the clip that I posted was only a teaser after all! |

It did well.
Better than the first one.
Haven't seen either.
I will only watch this one if I do.
Ed & Glen did the segment "A Ride in the Park".

I've seen it now. Mainly to see Ed's contribution. Which was ok. It was clever to have the POV thing with zombies. Quite bloody. Man gets attacked by zombie, man becomes zombie, man attacks others AS a zombie... all the while with a camera on his head. The alien segment (at the end) made no sense to me. Just silly.
Was Birthday Girl one of Ed's children? |
