'Grave Encounters was a found-footage horror phenomenon that many people believed was just a movie. Film student Alex Wright is out to prove them wrong in Grave Encounters 2. Alex is as obsessed with the first film as the 20 million people who viewed its viral trailer on YouTube. While he and his friends research the events and visit the real psychiatric hospital depicted in the original film, they find themselves face-to-face with unspeakable evil, banking on the hope that their knowledge of the original film will help them survive the sequel.' Text from - www.shocktillyoudrop.com/news/169647-exclusive-trailer-premiere-grave-encounters-2I'm really looking forward to this I loved the original, and I honestly believe this could be even better. Grave Encounters 2 will be out in the US at the start of October. So not long too wait! ;D

Totally agree with you there. The Vicious Brothers did a great job on the first one to say it was their debut film. Both of them are really accessible as well, and reply to all fanmail on Twitter or Facebook if you ever want to ask them a question.

I watched Grave Encounters on Netflix after stumbling upon the trailer on Youtube. One of the best found footage horror flicks out. I, too, am looking forward to the sequel. I'll be purchasing it on Video on Demand the day it comes out.

I managed to watch Grave Encounters 2 last night, and I loved it! It got off to a pretty slow start, but it uses this time to build up a backstory, which is rare in found footage films nowadays. There isn't as many scares as it's predecessor, but still, I thought it was great. On par, if not better than the first.
Go and watch it when you can. Paranormal Activity 4 has some stiff competition of its hands!
