Have you heard there's coming a sequel for the horror movie called REC?. I personally loved the first one, and excited about this sequel. You might all know it as Quarentine, which is the US version/remake of the original version which is Spanish. Co-writers/directors Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza return for this second installment, which continues after the events of the first film, as we follow a SWAT team make their way inside the building in an attempt to "control the situation."

What do you all think?

The trailer looks like more of the same. In the same building even. I'm not sure how interesting that would be a second time in the same exact place. Meh.

i loved Quarantine, one of my favourite movies. i watched Rec a while after seeing Quarantine. It was just as good but a second one? ;D ;D ;D

I loved Rec! I think it's refreshing to see a film like this in a different language. It gives it a different level of eerie-ness. I think watching Quarantine would just ruin it for me now. Can't wait for Rec 2 though.

REC was a good little flick. The end of the movie had great atmosphere. Really creepy. It was a mixture of the descent and silence of the lambs for me ... Like when Clarice was in the basement in the dark with buffalo bill ... Eerie!!
