I don't see how Josh having long hair made him a hippie . . . Also, originaly it was going to be Mike that was taken out first. Heather and Josh didn't get along at all. Probably because Heather was annoying and Ed and Dan decided to have Josh die first . . . Maybe to prevent Heather and Josh from killing each other the last days when it was just the two. I personaly think that with Heather being such a B*tch that the two guys got together and planned to kill her in the basement. They took off to Canada later. Josh was like . . . okay I'll lure the two of you out to that house, then you leave her upstairs and stand in the corner. I'll smack her in the head and that'll be that. Cest la more!!!!    |

First off, I'm a "Tree-Hugger" myself. Does that mean I deserve to die? How about I ask the law of Three Fold to bite all those that think Josh deserved to die just for those comments. Second, No one, and I mean NO ONE deserves to die like that. 3rd; the stick bundle definately had teeth in it. There couldn't have been a tounge in there or Heather and Mike wouldn't have heard him crying out for help the very next night. And here's another good point.... Why didn't Heather tell Mike what she found in the bundle?

Marygeorge you do know that the movie wasn't real. I'm not sure if you know but your comments come across as if you don't know that it's all fake. I'm probably wrong, you probably already knew it was fake. Maybe it was just the way I was reading your posts.
Anyways I didn't think any of them deserved to die even though Josh & Heather did get annoying. But not to the point that I cheered when they died.

My thoughts exactly. Sure,at times all three of them could have been an ass or a jerk,but they were all in a very stressful,dangerous and mind numbing situation. I'm sure that any one of us would've acted the way they did. |

Truth be told, I've seen some pretty freaky s**t in my life time. Weather it's live or menorex. I don't think anyone truely knows. But the fact remains, there is real "Good" and real "Evil" in this world, and ,yes, I believe in ghosts, spooks, and un-natural phenomes.

I don't think he necessarily deserved to die, You can't blame them for acting that way because all of us would act the same if we were in their situation. But it seemed he was really the first one to break and not pull himself together to well. As Mike and Heather were able to pull themselves together pretty quick it seemed.

Josh did act like a jerk sometimes, but then again, all three of them had their jerky moments. Just because someone has a moment of weakness doesn't mean they deserve to die.  |

At least he didn't throw the map in the creek. Mike did that. And Heather didn't know how to read the map. She lied through her teeth. Remember after they hear Mike say ''I kicked that fucker into the creek.'' She said, '' I knew what the fuck that map said.'' Yeah, right. That's why they got lost the moment they entered the woods.

I agree. I've had many an argument with other fans of the film over that.
To me, once the Blair Witch got a hold of them (and when that happened is anyone's guess), that map made no difference.
