Of course I believe. You don't chase down a dark form in the middle of the day only for it to dissapear into an empty room without becoming a believer.

No, I really did chase a shadowy figure down the hall, only to haveitdissapear into my parents' room. It was bright daylight, the windows were open, but the screens on them were closed and intact. I searched the entire room and there was nothing there. As I said, you don't have something like that happen and not become a believer.

I'm opene to the possibility of them, but have never seen one or had a supernatural experience that was without a doubt supernatural.

I was and am very skeptical of any supernatural things but I have had 2 paranormal experiences that were very real so I have been converted so to say.

One morning 3 years ago I woke up on a beautiful late summer day in September. I was laying in bed after waking for only about 30 seconds or less when it sounded like people talking in the other room... actually like a friendly social event. I thought right away that I left the T.V. on in that room. I then heard 3 foot steps on the hard wood floor and suddenly everything became silent again. I was a little wigged out but being it was so sunny outside that morning lighting up the whole house, I did not hesitate to get up and look in that room. The T.V. was not on...

Does anyone here own and/or use a ouija board and does anyone remember the movie "Witchboard"?

I own a Ouija Board. Bought it for a movie prop. Don't use it. Yes, I remember the movie Witchboard. The first one was good. The rest . . . ignore.

I saw a ghost dog once while waking up in the middle of the night. I reached out to pet it and it disappeared. Probably just a left-over dream.

Well the one scene Roeper and Ebert pointed out was a scene where some deer was attacking a car and, I must say it did look very stupid.

Are you sure you aren't talking about the one part in CABIN FEVER? The deer didn't really attack the car. It was just out in the middle of the road and got hit. If it is in RING 2, maybe the scene was suppose to mirror the scene in the original with the horse? I don't know. Also, I think you might have gotten your threads mixed up. I was talking about your ghost dog in this one . . .

This seems to happen to me once in a while if I wake up in the middle of the night. I have seen people as well. Some looking very real. I am thinking I dragged them out of some weird dream I've had... and I have quite a few, especially if I eat spicy chinese food before I sleep, or a pepperoni, sausage, black olive pizza.

You brought them out of the dream world into reality just like Heather Langenkamp in NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET! ;D Also, maybe you are having some sort of MSG reaction or something. I've heard of people getting headaches from it.

I'm now 18 and still have experinces and now i know im not crazy. just specail. Im planning a trip to Moundsville state prison. It is an old prison and now is closed. They over tours. the best is the night tours. Im told its a great site for hauntings..

Never seen a ghost. But that doesn't mean they don't exist.

Becky I have seen ghosts... at least what is known in the standard definition. I've also seen things I can't explain. One thing I don't dismiss is the ability of the mind to hallucinate and create things that aren't there. last night I dreamed I could drive my 1968 Chevy under water. It was as real as could be. I have very wild dreams like this quite often and they usually get a little wilder when I eat spicy food for dinner. Have you read "AChristmas Carol by Dickens. Scrooge says to the ghost of Jacob Marley, you could be an old potato or a bit of undigested meat. This was common back in those days with lack of refrigeration and eating spoiled food. I had food poisoning once and I hallucinated quite a bit including thinking I was on the inside of a tornado. Just some food for thought for you.
