Unfortunately, no. Never seen a ghost or a ufo, never had any paranormal experiences at all. But I keep my eyes open in case something DOES happen

My dad and I like to joke about this... We once saw a UFO heading to S. Dakota, we followed it for about an hour. Once we got closer we saw this strange writing on the side... GOODYEAR. Oh, we laughed about that for hours. I have had a real experience. I was a little girl. I was walking down the hall in our old house, and I saw this black figure. It reminded me of those old pulp fiction detectives. I called out to it. It was there for only a second, and seemed to move into my parents's bedroom. I called out again and followed. I wasn't scared, just confused. There was one door to the room, and several open windows, but they had storm screens on them. I checked behind the bed, in the closet, checked the windows, and I knew it hadn't passed me. I asked my parents about it, but dad was at work, sis was outside in the backyard, and Mum had been in the kitchen the entire time. But I know I saw something. It was big and black, like a shadow... but there was nothing to make that shadow, It was a bright, sunny day. There was one other story, but I don't care to tell it right now.

Nope, but I don't know. Maybe it did, while I was a kid

Lots of things happened to me but I don't care about it now. The most stuff happened to me when I was younger. So, that could be fancy. I just know things that happened to my mother.
When I was younger my mom would go every morning at 5am to "Tennis-Halle" (tennis hall) and clean the floor. It was the time when the aunt of my had just passed away. So, my mother went to Tennis-Halle that morning and began to clean. Suddenly the radio turned on by itself.
The other thing:
It was nearly the same time when my mother heard something downstairs. She went down and suddenly the TV and the ventilator turned on.
That two things happened both after the aunt of my mother died, who was like a second mother to her. My mother believes that this was a sign from her to let her go. I actually have no explanation for this. Of course, sometimes electronic equipment makes weird stuff. But it is odd that those two things happened after the passing of the aunt and that this had never happened to my mother and since then hasn't ever happened to my mother again.

And then I have a story, which I think I've already told you, but I don't know.
When I was about 10 or 11 I lay in my bed I was just about to droze off, I was looking at my closet when suddenly a bang could be heard and I saw how the wall of my closet came out. Like someone on the other side punched against it. I quickly got up and ran downstairs where my parents were and asked them if they heard a noise but they negate. This has never happened to me a second time. Maybe it was just hallucination, but I now what I saw that day:)

Oh, I just remembered. The TV in my house sometimes started to turn on by itself, and once the sound began loudar, but not me, not my brother, increased the volume. It was freaky, but this isn't happening anymore. Well, I don't need to say that twice, Just in case.....

I can't really say that I've had any experience that was without a doubt paranormal, so I would have to go with no on this.

I haven't seen anything since we moved from Okalona (county). Maybe it was the house.

I thought I had responded to this....but apparently not.
Okay, I am fairly sure I have told some stories about my experiences here. Let me see if that is the case.
If not, I will share them.
I know EllysOwl has told us some creepy tales as well.
And Pixcy told some stuff that scared me....(shivers.)

Yeah...It only happens to me when somebody I know dies....for instance just a couple of months ago this kid i grew up with was really depressed and I used to hang out with him till we kinda made different friends and anyway...he was super smart, on the deans list at his college, and the night I got home to visit my parents when i lived 2 hours away, I was left alone in my parents house that night..they left...and I heard something growl at me above the stairs so i hid behind my dads chair and i glanced in my kitchen doorway and saw someone hanging from it....the next morning my mom told me that this kid had hung himself....and it's weird cause this isn't the first time that the situation has happened to me.

Wow, that is really freaky princess! That reminds me of one time around 15 years ago when I was in my bedroom with a friend and we both heard an awful growl from outside the window. It scared the hell out of us. I begged not to dare look out the window to see what it was. I was so frightened because it sounded inhuman.

And everyone else who used to stop by and visit? Maybe we should send them a welcome back invitation?

Aiii, that's a terrible shame. I have lost her email so I'm unable to send a word out to her. She was so much fun. I sure wish she'd come back and visit.

Not exactly paranormal, but I'm a fan of odd coincidences, which happen to me a lot. So here are a couple: Back in 1999 when the movie was out, I saw it more than once in the theater with different groups of friends. Everyone was all freaked out by the movie, and when we got back to my friend's apartment, her dog (one of those small, stocky kinda dogs, like a bulldog but with poofier hair) went and stood facing the corner for no apparent reason, just like Mike. So that was freaky. Another time, as my friends (also freaked out) and I were leaving the theater, one of the guys asked me where we'd parked (I'd driven), and I started saying, "The car is this way. I'm sure of it. Trust me, guys. We'll find the car soon, I promise..." The guy stopped walking and said to me sternly, "Stop it." There was a friend I had online at the time whom I talked to a lot about The Blair Witch Project, and here's an excerpt from an email I wrote to her: I'm missing having someone to tell all my Blair Witch stories to... Like last Saturday, when my best friend and I went to Atlanta to see Tori Amos.. and we got lost on the way.. I started w/ my Heather routine.. "We're not f***ing lost. I totally know where we are now.." And then we come to a red light, and across the intersection is a company with the name "BLAIR" in it, just staring at us.So yeah, there was that. Not earth-shattering, but a cute little freaky coincidence. Much more recently, just this month in fact, I visited a place in South Carolina that I'd read about, a combination of a nature preserve/hiking trail/cemetery. It's called Ramsey Creek Preserve, and you can read about it here: www.gravematters.us/chapter9.html The gist of the cemetery part of it is that these are sort of hippie kinda people who believe in natural burial, that is, hand-dug graves, no coffins, no chemicals, and not even regular gravestones like you see most places. So that's a little creepy, but I can appreciate it. Even so, I was a little disconcerted when I ran across this right on the edge of the woods: www.flickr.com/photos/flyinginthepark/9233753557/So those are my stories. (You can see more pictures from the trip at www.flickr.com/photos/flyinginthepark/?details=1 if you want.)

You know the backstory to the seven stone piles .. yes? and the backstory to the stick figures .. yes?
On subject, I saw a ghost once when I was about ten. It woke me up walking into my room, looked around and then faded away. A few nights later I was reading in bed and heard footsteps approaching down the hall. I looked up from my book to see a different ghost walk in and fade away as he entered.

In other words, when I was little, "I saw dead people". True story. But only those two times.

When you say backstory, do you mean what they represent in the movie/mythos, or some behind the scenes production explanation? If it's the former, yes, the latter, no. Or I probably did know and forgot... It's been about seven years since I read the production diary on Woods Movie.
