Everyone on this film was special and provided something unique to make this film what it was. But i'm just thinking, wouldn't a director of photography credit be given to Heather & Josh primarily since they were the camera operators?

This is one old damn thread, but worthy of a response, in that it breaks my heart to see the posts above.
Neal very much was "special enough" to have his own folder. And Neal very much was our Director of Photography, despite the cameras were operated by Heather and Joshua. The fact they operated them during the shoot does not negate Neal's responsibility, contribution and credit.
Neal was a fantastic human being, loved and missed to this day by so many.
