As the question above speaks. What is the best computer to play these on

They're old CD-ROM games. Any PC with a disc drive. Blu-ray drive or DVD-ROM drive will read a CD-ROM.
I own these three games but will never play them. They came in the Blair Witch Experience DVD boxset.

Would a laptop be good. Becaue the game is oddly choppy and has weird stuff popping up....then again I bought the first game back when I had dialup

Like it doesn't affect have play but i think out needs a desktop computer and not a laptop

My HP TC1100 tablet plays them, and that thing is ancient.
My acer aspire gaming laptop plays them completely maxed out. It also plays Aliens colonial Marines so maybe that's not a fair comparison.

Any pc should do fine. They are old games so the requirements to run them are not great.
