in the doissier when they asked if rustin was sorry for what he had done to the children, he said that he was,
he said that god would forgive him.....
was he really sorry???

It's like that woman who put her baby in an oven because she thought it was a demon and she was hearing voices. I'm sure when she was lucid she was sorry for what she did.  |

oh , controversy!! but i agree. Rustin was just a lonely onld man who was a bit slow and was used by elly.

i dont think rustin did by him self, he was such a kind good natured man. plus he would never know the witchs cyfer becuse that info was lost in the time of the witch trials

I believe he was sorry! But I also think he was not fully aware of what he did because he was possessed by the Blair Witch at the time! I doubt that he would have killed those children in his right mind! I mean he'd be haunted by what he's done forever!

Something or someone possessed him and I have read his journal. He talks about that. I dont know if it is real because it is from the first game but at least I have that lol.

I kinda think he was sorry, he's not guilty, it's all the influence of the witch, but it was already too late. I'm kinda thinking that he would never do anything like that, if it wasn't for a witch. He lost his mind, really, cause of her, but I can tell that he felt bad. Just my view, course

im not sure what to believe because sure if he was possessed would he know? an plus in the court trial he started crying when he was convicted an do did kyle brody! why would kyle start crying if he didnt know why rustin did it? but either way he did what he did and we cant change it but i think he was sorry. |

i think rustin and kyle killed all of them, kyle was the only one connected to all children. in my opinion, it was kyle

Maybe Kyle was drugged by Rustin and he participated and assisted him in the ritual killings.  Oh yeah, because the witch told him to. |

In the Confession of Rustin Parr, it was implied that Rustin had witch's cipher symbols imprinted on his arm, causing him to be controlled by someone or something else. He said he couldn't prevent the children from being killed, but he succeeded in preventing it from being even worse. I think that he was sorry. |

My theory is that Rustin did it under the influence of the witch. He knew what he was doing and was sorry for it afterwards. But he was too afraid of Elly to disobey her.

I think the witch made Kyle do it, or made Kyle and Rustin do it, and Rustin took all the blame, because he didn't want this to ruin Kyle's life.
