Fleetstreet, I'd love it if you could post some of your pictures of the cemetery at Buskittsville. It was one of my favorite locations, I hope to visit again some day. I remember now the day I visited the cemetery years ago, there was this local young "goth" and he was there with his mom, I think, and he was filming on his video camera about the Blair Witch fans visiting Burkittsville. He said it was a school project and he was interviewing the BWP fans. It was during the release of Book of Shadows. He wanted to be a film director. I wonder whatever became of him.

I wonder why they didn't just pick the woods west to Burkittsville, anyone know why, and please answer my question above lol.

Why did they demolish the house? Why?? What a stupid move! It's such a epic movie location, it makes no sense to tear it down. The basement must still be there, right? A good story could come out of the house being demolished, actually.

It became a safety issue. The place pretty much collapsed on its own.

Yeah and its safe to assume that the basement is filled up with ruble and dirt.

EllysOwlThe armory is on the left of the Hernwood Road, if you come from the Woodstock Road. How far was the house behind the armory?

She said it was a little bit of a hike up behind the armory ... Somewhere .. in the trees.
Woodstock Rd. is called Old Court Rd. where Hernwood Rd. connects to it.
Everyone neglects to mention that..

Hit up all the locations I wanted to yesterday. I couldn't find the location of the Parr house, considering it was torn down 10 plus years ago, plus in July all the foliage and undergrowth hinders it. I took 200 photos yesterday. I'll get them edited and i'll start a new thread and post them there. Hope you guys enjoy them.

hey everyone. just 2 days ago I ran into this site, and since I live 10 min from coffin rock I took a trip. Found the mill, red shack, location where josh parked, and coffin rock with no problem. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get to the grove where the stick men were hung. I know there are directions from the original post but I couldn't find. also that infamous log, some direction would be nice.

That location would be hard to find. Most of the stickmen were taken down and the rest have been out there so long there would be nothing left by now.
