On page 149, under Acknowledgments, he writes;
For help in understanding what happened Dominick Cazale in Burkittsville: Name, Name, Name and Name....
So what did happened to Dominick in Burkittsville? What was that slowly drove his wife crazy and in the end himself, because didn't he torched the house? What do you think happened to them at the ruins at Rustin Parrs house???
