Legend Of Coffin Rock...Explain story!!! « Thread Started on Oct 7, 2009, 11:01am »
Can anybody please explain what actually happened in the second game The Legend Of Coffin Rock. Have played it a couple of times but doesnīt "get" what really happened at the end.
I think something like this:
The Solider returns from the dead(Kelly brings him back from the dead) "I have need of you yet!" The goes to Beth(the old lady) she says "I need you to find my Robin" So of he goes. Then we flashes from 1886 to 1863, when the soldier(can't remember his name, Robert Mcneil?) and in the end(of the game) we learn that Robert(or whatever) was shot by one of his men that thought he was a ghost and he dies. But getīs resurrected 23years later(explains his pale "zombie" look) but in 1886 when he searches for Robin in the woods he finds her, she runs back home, and he kills an old man that lives in the same house, or a lookalike, that Rustin Parr later in 1920-something builds. Anyway after he kills him, the soldier wakes up two days later after he been shot by one of his own men back in 1863 looks up and see Beth and say: YOU?! almost like in horror.
My question what does all this really mean, cause I have no idea...
Kelly? Didn't you mean... Robin's grandmother? or.. Elly Kedward?
Sorry, my bad. I meant Elly Kedward, Not Kelly :b... Isnīt she the one that says "your time is not up soldier. I have need of you yet" ? Or is it Robins grandmother, Beth?? I really donīt understand the whole story in this one. example: whatīs up with the ending?
